Delete your Wealvo account and data

How to delete

• 1. Delete data on your phoneOpen Wealvo → Settings (or Profile) → reset / erase local data, or uninstall the app. Your ledger, PIN and settings live on the device and are removed when you reset or uninstall.
• 2. Optional Google Drive backupIf you used Google Sign-In for backup, the encrypted copy sits in your own Google Drive app-data folder. Remove it from Drive (or revoke Wealvo access in your Google Account) after you no longer need it. We cannot read that backup.
• 3. Request server-side deletionEmail info@gabix.si with subject “Wealvo deletion request”. Include the Google account email you used for Sign-In (if any) and, if you used a shared wallet, that you want related server records removed. We will delete anonymous sync / usage records we hold within 30 days, unless a short retention is required by law.
